Are you an entrepreneur, social enterprise or community project/group that wants to do something which will create jobs/wealth, improve the city or help target a specific social need? Will your idea align with the values of Leadership, Ambition and Belief? If so The LAB has four award categories with a combined total of £5000 suiting different types of projects and organisations:
Hospitality & Retail – ‘Bounce Back’
We’re awarding £1500 to a high growth business in the hospitality or retail sectors
Small Manufacturing – ‘Make Me’
We’re giving £1000 to a small business trying to ramp up to scale
Innovation and Tech – ‘Big Idea’
We’re awarding 2x £750 awards to a tech or innovation idea that could improve the world
Young Person Booster – ‘Little Acorn’
We’re awarding 2x £500 awards to a young person (under 25) trying to develop a business or community idea to improve the city and it’s surrounding area
